A high-performance, industry-standard phototransistor optocoupler, globally known as PC817 (often marked as CP817), housed in a compact, breadboard-friendly 4-pin DIP (Through-Hole) package. This component consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor, providing a high isolation voltage (up to 5000Vrms) between input and output circuits.
