مفتاح إلكتروني ثنائي الاتجاه للتيار المتردد (ترياك) عالي القدرة والكفاءة، يأتي في عبوة تي أو مئتين وعشرين القياسية. يتميز الجزء المعدني الخلفي للقطعة بأنه معزول داخليا بالكامل، مما يسهل عملية تركيبه على المشتتات الحرارية بأمان ودون الحاجة لرقاقات عزل إضافية. يستطيع تحمل تيار مستمر يصل إلى اثني عشر أمبيرا وجهد تيار متردد مرتفع، مما يجعله الخيار الأساسي والاحترافي لدوائر التحكم في شدة الإضاءة (الديامير)، التحكم في سرعة محركات الخلاطات والمراوح، وتنظيم حرارة السخانات الكهربائية عبر الأردوينو ومتحكمات الـ PWM.

A high-performance, 12-Amp bidirectional AC silicon switch (Triac) housed in a TO-220 package, globally known as BTA12. It features an internally insulated ceramic tab (highly safe for heatsink mounting without extra insulation pads). Capable of handling RMS on-state currents up to 12A and blocking voltages up to 600V/800V, this Triac is an essential component for AC voltage regulation, solid-state switching, light dimmers, universal motor speed controllers, and Arduino-based heating element controllers.
