A high-performance, 16-Amp bidirectional AC silicon switch (Triac) housed in a TO-220 package, globally known as BT139-600E. Designed for applications requiring high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability, it supports continuous RMS on-state currents up to 16A and blocking voltages up to 600V.
