A highly sensitive unipolar Hall-effect switch sensor IC housed in a TO-92 package, widely known as A3144. It operates as a non-contact electronic switch that activates in the presence of a single magnetic pole (South pole) and releases when the magnet is removed. Featuring built-in reverse polarity protection, it is perfect for proximity switching, open/close door detection, security alarms, and RPM speed sensing in Arduino and DIY electronics.
